My journey, like many, has taken me down unexpected paths. It's the road less traveled that leads to the most growth. Those experiences shaped who I am and inspired me to create Range Essentials - a way to share what I've learned and offer products that make a real difference.

In 2013, I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease. The constant joint pain left me barely able to get out of bed, preventing me from living the active life I once loved. I tried everything, from conventional treatments to alternative approaches, but nothing provided lasting relief. I knew I had to find a solution that truly supported my body in a natural way.

That's when I created Flow Blend—a proprietary blend of essential oils that became a turning point in my healing journey. It worked in a way that nothing else had. When I shared it with our good friend Dr. G, a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Sports Injury & Rehabilitation Specialist and Range Essentials partner, he saw its impact firsthand in his patients' recovery. What began as my personal search for relief soon became a mission to help others.

Out of my pain, I found purpose. I realized that by connecting with others who were suffering, I could make a difference. That's how Range Essentials was born-out of a desire to help people break free from their limitations and live beyond them.
